介绍山东电网2010年两次大面积的覆冰舞动事件,针对线路覆冰舞动故障的特点,对诱发舞动的机理和主要因素进行分析,提出了舞动治理的设计方案。单回路采用线夹回转式间隔棒和线夹回转式双摆防舞器的组合抑舞措施,双回路采用安装相间间隔棒的防舞措施。同时针对双回路段由于安装相间间隔棒引起的三相弧垂变化不一致,对实际测量的相间距离进行修正,对山东电网的舞动治理积累了经验。
Abstract:This paper firstly introduces two large areas of the icing cover and waving events of the Shandong power grid in2010. In line with the characteristics of faults icing cover and waving, it has come up with the designing scheme for the waving management by analyzing the waving mechanism and main waving factor. For the single circuit wire clip rotary interval rods can be used with wire clip rotary double pendulum as well as using conductor spacer for the double circuits. Contemporarily considering the inconsistency of the sag alternation in three phases by stalling conductor spacer, it has modified the actual phase spacing,and put forward related experiences for Shandong Power Grid.
