近年来居民小区配电室的数量增长快且设备情况较复杂,以致巡视效果不理想、缺陷和事故处理不及时,亟需建立一套智能化的配电室监控系统。按照实用性、统一性、分层和模块化设计等原则,提出了"三层八纵"的建设方案,即由远方层、中间层和本地层组成层次结构,构建门禁、电气量遥测、电气量遥信、温湿度监测、视频、遥控遥调、直流和继电保护8个子系统。该方案层次结构清楚、功能模块化且易于扩展,具有较强的实用性。
Abstract:The number of power distribution room in residential districts is growing quickly in recent years. Conditions of equipment in power distribution rooms are complex, and the patrol effect result is non-ideal, the defect and accident treatment is non-timely. So a smart monitoring system of power distribution room is needed as soon as possible. According to principles of practicality, unity, hierarchical and modular design, a scheme of " three levels and eight verticals" is proposed, which is composed by remote layer, intermediate layer and local layer. It contains eight subsystems, namely,access control, electrical quantities telemetry, remote communication of electrical quantities, temperature and humidity monitor, video, remote control and adjustment of electrical quantities, DC and relay protection system. The scheme has a clear hierarchical structure, function modularization, easily expandable feature and strong practicability.
