基于智能光储软开关的柔性有源配电网潮流优化

摘要(Abstract):

近年来,以现代电力电子装置为基础的智能软开关(soft normally open point,SNOP)逐渐成为配电网重要的一环,为进一步充分发挥SNOP拓扑结构优势,提出在SNOP直流侧接入光储一体化系统对柔性配电网进行潮流优化。首先分析储能系统和光伏系统的模型;然后,将其接入SNOP的直流侧,形成智能光储软开关(SNOP integrated with energy storage and photovoltaics,PE-SNOP),在此基础上建立柔性有源配电网的潮流调控模型,采用二阶锥规划算法进行求解;最后,利用改进的IEEE 33节点配电网模型对所提优化模型和算法进行了求解与验证,并与SNOP、智能储能开关单独优化的结果进行了对比。结果表明,所提模型有效提升了SNOP的调节能力,能够实现削峰填谷、抵抗随机扰动的作用,可改善系统运行状态,有效提高配电网运行经济性。
