山东电力技术

数字图书馆资源中,增加政策资讯的内容,对于电力工程设计单位来说,既是行业协会的标准要求,也是为工程和管理人员提供充足信息、提高设计与决策工作效率的有效途径。以山东电力工程咨询院使用的数字图书馆为例,针对增加政策资内容的范围、实现方式进行了描述,对实现的效果进行了分析。

For the power engineering designing unit,adding the policies information into the digitalized library resources system is not only the implementation to meeting the standard requirements of the CEPDA,but also the path to provide sufficient information and improve the efficiencies of the designing and decision making for the engineers and managements.In this paper and with the example of SDEPCI,the author describes the scope of the contents,illustrates the way to realize,and analyzes the effects of adding the policies information.
