摘要：
简要讨论了电能质量的基本状况，指出了对其进行检测和测量的必要性，讨论了应检测的内容和硬件配置要求，提出了几种可行的检测方法。
Abstract：The basic situation of power quality is briefly reviewed.The necessity to detect and measure the power quality is discussed.The detecting items and basic hardware requirements are listed.Some feasible detecting methods are presented.
